About who needs care: Up 930 Empty urine bag Flush peg tube Take
meds (thyroid)and get dressed Food prep Eat & take rest of meds
Dialysis pick up at 12:10 Has male help in home to some degree who
can do laundry and put away. Dialysis MWF Returns around 5 sleeps
Eat around 630 About the care needs: Willing to do meal prep clean
up Housekeeping Some personal care. Patient currently in a brief
and has a nephrostomy tube to a bag. Ambulates with walker usually
with assistance from make friend. Services needed include:
transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light
housekeeping.
