About this role: Position performs internal consults along with the Executive APRN-PA Director, assist with system disaster triage/pandemic staffing/planning, RVU benchmarking, APP compensation, and internal and external APP communications What you bring to the table: Education:

  • APRN (NP) or PA

Experience:
  • 3+ years of clinical experience (IP and OP)
  • Preferred APRN or PA with 5 years clinical practice with demonstrated leadership experience.

Licenses/Certifications:
  • Active practice license as an APRN or PA
  • BLS Certification
What you will do: Operational:
  • System support to the Health System APP Best Practice Center Director (consult service and operations)
  • System disaster triage staffing
  • System APP RVU benchmarking and compensation
  • System APP Website/Newsletter
  • Participates in community outreach and marketing activities
  • Represents the program in the internal and external professional community
  • Ability to function in all APRN/PA Manager roles

Clinical Responsibilities
  • Department reporting for clinical responsibilities
  • 20% effort with the direct report being the Executive Director, APRN/PA Practice
