• Coaching, training and mentoring associates
• Leading physical inventory
• Controlling and maintaining Kanban
• Resolving any production schedule issues
• Coordinating cycle counts
• Expediting workflow and preparing work schedules
• Improving efficiencies
• Ensuring proper inventory levels are maintained
• Working with customers To be considered for the Production Control Supervisor position, you must have:
• Previous production control and/or scheduling experience in a manufacturing facility
• Experience leading individuals
• Excellent communication skills
