Hours: 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. We love talking to driven candidates who are looking for an entry level position with growth opportunity If you have excellent customer service, communication and teamwork skills let's talk Previous experience in transportation, trucking or logistics is a PLUS In this role you will be: Providing EPIC experiences by communicating with our internal team members and carriers, keeping them informed of delivery and pick up appointments, any changes, delays or items that involve their shipments Accurately updating internal computer systems to reflect status of delivery/pick up Escalate any issues to Manager Joining a team with persistence, initiative, integrity, own it, GROW or DIE and PASSION Requirements: High school diploma Excellent Time Management skills Strong interpersonal skills with ability to develop effective relationships Previous experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Being able to remain calm and collective in stressful situation Company Description Automated Logistics Systems LLC (ALS) is a family-owned logistics service provider headquartered in Jackson, Michigan with growing locations in Grand Rapids, Michigan and Laredo, Texas We succeed by building strong relationships right from the start.
