"HR Support Specialist"100% Remote (must live local)National financial firm needs professional with upbeat personality, the ability to multi-task and switch gears and adapt to change easily.Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and manage numerous projects simultaneously as well as strong analytical skills, attention to detail are a must. Should have outstanding verbal and written communication skills for correspondence at all levels and be able to communicate and work effectively and cooperatively with fellow co-workersCreate a best in class onboarding experience for our new team members through:

  • Crafting and sending emails with information about the company and position, including work schedules, dress code and parking options
  • Welcoming new team members upon their arrival and facilitate new hire orientation
  • Gathering and processing paperwork, like documents for I-9s and photo badges
  • Improving onboarding portal in HRIS system
  • Refreshing new hire orientation content with information our new team members need
  • Processing new hire and annual background checks
  • Supporting talent acquisition efforts through attending job/career fairs, phone screening, scheduling, or interviewing candidates
