Job Description:

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Ultimate Kronos Group People Technology Administrator.

Core Responsibilities Include:
Applying continuous improvement principles and processes
Assessing current system and utilization
Interpreting vision and translates into requirements for technology teams
Skills and Requirements Include:

At least fiveyears' experience of demonstrated ERP and HCM analyst experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required
Experience with Kronos (UKG) or Workday HCM and experience with HCM migrations is essential
Solid systems experience
Systems implementation experience required
Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements governing HR as well as data privacy, including GDPR
