Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk

  Overview of the Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk role:
  
  • Process invoices and perform a three-way match daily; perform manual check runs
    
  • Post and verify customer payments in the general ledger; complete expense reports
    
  • Maintain customer files, respond to vendor inquiries, and research account discrepancies
    
  • Record bank remittances
    
  • Other duties as assigned
    Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk:
    
    • Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting
      
    • Minimum one year of experience in Accounts Payable for manufacturing
      
    • Basic excel skills; knowledge of SYSPRO is a major plus!
      
    • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
      
    • Deadline- and detail-oriented
