The Behavior Technician provides one-on-one direct care with learners while teaching independent daily living skills for a higher quality of life. Behavior Technicians provide a safe and supportive learning environment for learners and their families. Individuals who are interested in obtaining a graduate degree in Behavior Analysis or related field are highly preferred. Individuals who wish to gain evidence-based autism therapy experience with an intention of pursuing a non-ABA clinical trajectory are preferred.Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.Valid state of Michigan driver's license.Ability to become certified in CPR/First Aid
