We are seeking an experienced business operations analyst to join our Zoom global revenue operations team to support PMO and Planning for the Global Revenue Operations organization. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to understand, document and synthesize process and systems requirements to support program initiatives. This will involve being part of defining and implementing new processes, improving existing processes, and supporting operational needs to execute on our strategy.
What You Will be Responsible for

• 
  Planning and implementing project management strategies, based on templates and toolsets.
  
  
• 
  Monitoring existing projects to ensure timely execution and completion..
  
  
• 
  Liaising with project team members and providing suggestions or solutions to unforeseen issues when needed.
  
  
• 
  Preparing project status reports for management and Operating Committee review by collaborating with the business leads.
  
  
• 
  Ensuring all project strategies are in compliance with company standards
  
  
• 
  Leading initiatives including development, coordination, & implementation of business processes and measuring adoption & business value of those initiatives.
  
  
• 
  Identify and validate business requirements by interfacing with subject matter experts for a function. Extract and translate domain needs into technical and business process requirements including identification of measurement requirements.

  Create process documentation/workflows and change management plans for the Organization.
  
  
• 
  Navigate a matrix environment, managing stakeholders, and communicating effectively across a global and multi-cultural organization.

    What Makes You Qualified

      5+ years previous working experience in business and/or sales operations
      
      
    • 
      BA/BS in business administration, business analytics, finance or relevant field and disciplines
      
      
    • 
      Excellent organizational and time management skills
      
      
    • 
      Exceptional communication skills including ability to communicate new concepts when interfacing with Business Leaders
      
      
    • 
      The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
      
      
    • 
      Effectively manages many priorities across the organization and adjust as priorities change

      A strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast paced environment with sound business judgment and a focus on problem solving

      Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
      Minimum:
      $65,200.00
      Maximum:
      $158,900.00

      In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
