**Sales Desk Development Program****(Full-Time, Remote
US)****The Opportunity**MassMutual Strategic Distributors is
looking for entry-level Sales Desk Associates to join our Internal
Sales Desk. As a Sales Desk Associate, you will be introduced to
the insurance industry, with specific attention to building sales
and client relationship management and life insurance product
knowledge. You will have a strong desire to learn, practice and
apply new skills through partnering with talented, experienced
sales professionals. Youll join a team that has a mission to
broaden financial wellness and education to communities throughout

constant learning.**The Team**The Internal Sales Desk at MassMutual
Strategic Distributors works with distributors in the
third-party/independent/Broker General Agent space to sell our
Whole Life and Variable Universal Life, Universal Life and Term
life insurance products through financial advisors and independent
agents.The team is agile, collaborative and inclusive as they

Impact:**In this role you help advisors highlight various product
offerings/solutions by running product illustration and take
inbound inquiries from our distribution partners and advisors on
products, sales designs/concepts, and product positioning. You
communicate with your Internal Wholesaler colleagues to stay
apprised of market trends and industry knowledge. You acknowledge,
review, and respond to email inquiries in partnership with the
Internal Wholesaler for the customers territory to review and
respond. As you grow in this role you gain knowledge of life
insurance products, riders, concepts, and sales designs through
partnerships within the Internal Wholesaling group.**The Minimum
Qualifications**+ Strong communication skills (both written and
verbal)+ Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
experiences+ Demonstrated experience in building relationships with
customers, time management, prioritization, and project management
skills+ Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (especially
Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint)**The Ideal Qualifications**+ Bachelors
Degree in a business- related focus area is preferred+ Previous
experience in financial services+ Customer relationship management
experience+ Motivated by not only meeting goals, but exceeding
them+ Interest in learning the insurance industry, especially life
insuranceTargeted annual base salary for this development program
is $45,000 and the position is available remotely across the
