Job Description:
A privately-held insurance brokerage company has a current
position open for a Remote Insurance Customer Success Agent.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following
responsibilities:
Maximize health outcomes for the customer by offering tailored
recommendations
Act as a health consultant and will coordinate closely with the
client, carrier, and providers
Guide members through the utilization of their plan along with
additional services
Position Requirements Include:
High school diploma or GED required
Strong work ethic and ability to build client relationships
Propensity to advocate for consumers and navigate multiple
service-offerings
Strong technology skills and the ability to multi-task
