*Wage: *$15.00 per hour plus $4.23 per hour Health & Welfare Benefit, $16.85 after full clearance is obtained

*Hours: *Both *full *and *part *time shifts available Mon - Fri 8:00AM - 10:00PM

*What you'll need*

* High School Diploma or GED
* At least 18 years of age
* U.S. Citizen
* Proficient in---the---English---language---(written---and verbal)
* Basic computer skills (typing, reading comprehension)

*What you'll do*

We are seeking individuals who are looking not just for a job but for a *purpose.* As a Customer Service Representative, you will be supporting callers while using the computer to answer, general questions about policies, practices, procedures, and other information. To be successful you should have the following: Excellent *communication *skills, *customer service* soft skills, *detailed orientated* and *friendly*! This position services a government contract that requires you to pass and maintain appropriate *security clearance*. After you pass the *security clearance*, you not only receive a *pay increase, *but you will also be *approved *by the government that you are *trustworthy* to manage sensitive data.

To determine if you are a candidate a review of the following will apply:

* A criminal background/history inquiry
* Employment verification
* Drug screening
* Credit history

The following may impact your ability to gain the required authorization:

* Poor credit, bankruptcy in the past 2-3 years and/or delinquent payments
* Previous termination from previous employment that involves theft or other negligent actions on your part
* Drug or alcohol use
* Failure to be honest when responding to the required Federal Security Clearance questions
* A clearance investigation can/will go back as far as 7 years or more

*WORK ENVIRONMENT*

Individuals will be in a cubicle for---most of---their scheduled shift. Individuals will work individually, and therefore are required to work well independently, however will also be a member of a team and therefore must be able to work in a team atmosphere. The tasks of the call center are repetitive in nature. The noise level is generally moderate. The work environment characteristics described are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
