The Director of Sales will play a crucial role in shaping sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth while ensuring alignment with our mission to provide personalized and empathic care to our residents. This role demands a strategic thinker with a robust understanding of the healthcare industry, especially in senior care sectors, who can leverage market insights to maximize occupancy and service uptake. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets across all Sunrise facilities. Lead, mentor, and expand the sales team, ensuring a high level of expertise and motivation within the team. Forge strong relationships with key industry players, healthcare providers, and community organizations to enhance business opportunities. Oversee market analysis and adapt strategies to maximize market share and profitability. Ensure the integration of customer service and satisfaction with our sales objectives to promote a resident-first environment. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align strategies and enhance the brand’s presence and reach. Regularly report on sales results and market conditions to senior management. Proven strategic planning and team management skills Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of healthcare services, particularly in senior living Ability to analyze data and performance metrics Excellent communication and presentation skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Sales Executive (CSE) or similar credentials desired but not mandatory.
