Compensation: Uncapped Commission

Job Requirements

As an Inside Sales Representative, you should be goal-oriented, competitive, and driven to exceed expectations your own as well as ours. You should also be organized and detail-oriented, with strong prioritization skills. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to easily establish rapport and credibility with a wide range of potential customers.

Other qualifications for this sales position include:

--- High School Diploma

--- Ability to succeed with integrity in a professional, commission-based sales environment

--- Knowledge of the entire sales process

--- Strong telephone skills and ability to be comfortable with making outbound calls to existing and prospective customers

--- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and personalities

--- Schedule flexibility to work from 9:00AM until 8:30PM and weekends (8-9hr shifts/day; approximately 40-45 hrs/week)

--- Computer proficiency, particularly with Internet Explorer, Excel, and Word

--- Knowledge of RQ and OMNI a huge plus
