Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of
maintenance technicians and supervisors. Develop, implement, and
optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize
downtime. Manage all reactive maintenance activities, ensuring
timely and effective repairs to production equipment. Oversee the
maintenance budget, control costs, and manage spare parts
inventory. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety
regulations, quality standards, and company policies. Drive
continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability,
efficiency, and maintenance processes. Collaborate with production
and engineering teams to support new equipment installations and
process improvements. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree
in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related
technical field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership
experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing
environment. Demonstrated proficiency with Computerized Maintenance
Management Systems (CMMS). Experience implementing
reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and Total Productive
Maintenance (TPM) strategies. Strong knowledge of OSHA safety
regulations and best practices for industrial maintenance. Bonus
Qualifications CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability
Professional) certification. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black
Belt certification. Proficiency with advanced CMMS platforms (e.g.,
SAP PM, Maximo). Experience with PLC programming and industrial
automation systems. Proven track record in managing capital
equipment installation and commissioning projects. Job Titles That
