Job Description Job Description Competitive compensation based on experience 1st Shift opportunity starting at 5:00 am Direct Hire opportunity Work with state-of-the-art ZEISS ATOS ScanBox automation Exposure to automotive, aerospace, medical, military, and heavy machinery industries Stable, growing company with long-term career potential Collaborative team environment Perform automated and manual 3D scanning using ATOS ScanBox systems Inspect stamped, hydroformed, laser-cut, welded, and assembled components Create and export inspection reports using ZEISS inspection software Support reverse engineering, fingerprinting, and full inspection applications Communicate results with manufacturing and engineering teams Maintain scanning and measurement equipment Follow 5S and FOD practices Lift and transport equipment up to approximately 50 lbs Experience with 3D scanning and inspection ZEISS Inspect experience preferred Experience with ZEISS VMR and ScanBox automation (8160/6235 preferred) Familiarity with PolyWorks, Verisurf, or similar software CAD experience (CATIA, SolidWorks, NX, AutoCAD) Automated equipment experience (FANUC, ZEISS) Reverse engineering software experience
