in Lansing, Michigan Job Details Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking
a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a
13-week travel assignment in Lansing, Michigan. As a member of our

Qualifications: One year of recent experience as a CRNA Valid RN
license in compliance with State regulations Valid Advanced
Practice Registered Nurse (ARPN) license with CRNA designation in
accordance with state regulations Current BLS (AHA/ARC) and ACLS
(AHA/ARC) certifications Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree
or higher in an accredited Nurse Anesthesia educational program
PALS Other certifications and licenses may be required for this
position Summary: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs)
are advanced practice nurses with specialized training in
delivering anesthesia and related care. They provide critical
support across a variety of healthcare settings by conducting
detailed preoperative assessments, developing individualized
anesthesia plans, and managing patient care before, during, and
after procedures. They work independently or as part of an
interdisciplinary team, playing an essential role in pain
management, critical care response, and the delivery of
high-quality, patient-centered care. Essential Work Functions:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical
history, physical examination, and diagnostic testing Create
personalized anesthesia plans tailored to each patient's needs and
the specifics of their procedure Administer various types of
anesthesia, including general, regional, local, and monitored
anesthesia care, using appropriate techniques and equipment Manage
and secure patient airways using a variety of devices, adapting
techniques to suit the specific type of procedure and individual
patient needs Monitor and adjust anesthesia levels as necessary to
maintain optimal sedation and pain control Identify and address any
adverse reactions or complications promptly Respond to
anesthesia-related emergencies, such as airway obstructions or
cardiovascular instability Oversee patient recovery from
anesthesia, monitoring for any delayed reactions or complications
Educate patients and families on anesthesia procedures,
postoperative care, and potential side effects of anesthesia
Maintain detailed records of anesthesia care, including medications
administered and patient responses Ensure compliance with facility
policies, state regulations, and national standards for anesthesia
practice Required Essential Skills: Critical thinking, service
excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills The ability
to read, write, and communicate in the English language Ability to
read/comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions,
and proficiency in PC skills Physical Abilities - Must be able to
remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment
(50-100lbs), push, pull, and bend Interpersonal Skills - Must be
able to work effectively with a variety of personnel (professional
and ancillary) to present a positive attitude and professionalism
Technical/Motor Skills - Must have the ability to grasp, perform
fine manipulation, push/pull, and move about when assisting with
procedures and/or using department equipment Mental Requirements -
Must be able to cope with frequent contact with the general public
and customers while meeting deadlines under pressure. Must be able
to work under close supervision occasionally, as well as working
without assistance from other personnel. Must be able to contend
with irregular activity schedules occasionally and continuous
concentration to detail Sensory - Must possess visual acuity and
