Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A skilled
Occupational Therapist is needed to support student development
within a school setting in Washington, Illinois. This position
offers the opportunity to apply specialized therapeutic techniques
to assist students in overcoming physical and cognitive challenges,
enabling them to achieve their fullest potential in the classroom
and beyond. Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to identify
student needs related to motor skills, sensory processing, and
functional abilities. Develop and implement individualized
treatment plans tailored to each students goals. Collaborate with
educators, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy
goals within educational programs. Monitor student progress and
adjust interventions as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
Provide training and resources to school staff to support students'
therapeutic goals. Travel as required to multiple school locations
within the region. Desired Qualifications: Valid Occupational
Therapy license in the state of Illinois. Experience working within
school systems or pediatric therapy settings. Strong understanding
of educational regulations related to student services. Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
Ability to manage caseload independently and efficiently. Location:
Washington, Illinois Travel expected among various school sites in
